What utilities are residents responsible for?
Tenants are responsible for all utilities. We maintain the entire exterior of the property.
Is there an application?

Is renters insurance required?
Renters insurance is recommended, but not required.
What parking options are available?
The Jefferson Street Villas offer two parking spaces per tenant, plus guest parking.
